Dave is pretty much the guy in charge here, I wash the windows, paint the walls and door frames, fix the toilet and sell the concessions. We're hoping that some of you guys will make this your #1 home, we promise we won't treat anyone like #2.

I really want to thank all you guys that joined us the first day! I feel we are off to a great start. I'm no genius when it comes to pancakes. I mostly just try to keep them from spinning out. It's very comforting to know that we have started building a great core of knowledgeable members! I'll do my best to help make this the place where our fellow pancakers can come to learn, teach and enjoy themselves. Thanks again. Now, get out there and post!
